That moment when you walk into the kitchen and don’t know what to eat, so you go into the pantry and reach for the cookies, before you know it you ate the entire bag. So what do you do? You just ruined your diet so might as well screw the whole day…except it’s Friday so you decide to just start Monday. Right? Anyone else been there and know how frustrating it is to diet and slip off, then have that continuous Yo-Yo effect? What about when you have worked so so hard and sweat through the horrible, hours of cardio and sacrificed eating out to lose that stubborn 5 lbs…Then…wait for it…you have a cheat meal and when you get on that stupid scale to see the damage, you are up 7 lbs??? How does that even happen? WTF?
Here is my philosophy, and you can agree or disagree. I have been doing this for a long time and have worked with too many individuals over the 12 plus years. Guess what? Dieting does not work long term ever! I know that’s not what you want to hear, but listen again.. DIETING DOES NOT WORK LONG TERM EVER! So what do you do to get fit and look sexy at the beach? Let me ask you this… What is your priority about your health? Have you truly thought about your health and all of the things you’re doing to your body right now and the things you are focused on and how they affect several other areas in your life?
I could go on and on about how one area in your life can affect all of the others, but instead I am committed helping you right now with one area and that is with your meal planning and goal setting.
